The Webcomic Wiki is an online resource designed to serve as a tool for webcomic masters to aid in the production and promotion of their webcomics. It is a collaborative project with content being submitted and edited by the users themselves.

I am afraid not. Perhaps, if there is a call for it in the future a translation project could be started.
